The item I want is out of stock, what can I do?
All items are exclusive pieces. With this in mind, we may restock certain items depending on the demand.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
All orders will be shipped from 2-3 business days.
How can I edit/ cancel my order?
You are unable to change or edit orders once the order is successfully placed sorry for any inconvenience.

Our shipping warehouse is located in Miami, Florida.

As we do not have an exchange program, you are more than welcome to make a return and place a new order for your desired item(s).
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are only given in store credit 2-3 business days when item(s) are received.
What if my package is lost?
For all lost packages, please email email@example.com with all order information. All lost packages are taken on a case by case basis. You will be notified once a trace has been started and updated every step of the way.
