The item I want is out of stock, what can I do?
If an item is out of stock you are able to sign up to be notified when it is back in stock. This option is only available for items that will be restocked.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?
All orders placed before 1pm PST are shipped the same day. Orders placed after shipping cut off time will ship the following business day. Orders placed Friday after 1pm will ship on Monday.

How can I edit/ cancel my order?
You are unable to change or edit orders once the order is successfully placed sorry for any inconvenience. 

Where does Tropicalm ship from?
Our shipping warehouse is located in Miami, Florida. 

What if I need to change my shipping address?

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are only given in store credit 2-3 business days when item(s) are received. 

What if my package is lost?
For all lost packages, please email shoptropicalm@gmail.com with all order information. All lost packages are taken on a case by case basis. You will be notified once a trace has been started and updated every step of the way.
