Free shipping on all U.S orders over $100.
Your order is guaranteed to ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days.
Once your item has shipped, Tropicalm is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
International Orders: Shipping is calculated at checkout. Please note that we aren't responsible for what happens to packages after leaving the U.S. We are not responsible for any duties.
Customer is responsible for all applicable tax and duties.
Cancellations: Please review all information carefully before placing your order, as we are unable to make changes after your order has been placed.
ALL SALE, SEASONAL COLLECTIONS, ACCESSORIES AND JEWELRY ARE FINAL
Refunds will be issued back in store credit.
All international sales are final.

Please include a slip stating reason for return. Customer pays for return shipping.
We have a 14-day return policy on faulty items only. All returns must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are (1) shipped after the 14-day grace period: (2) worn; (3) altered; (4) wash; (5) or damaged in any way. All tags must be fully attached at the time of return.
Tropicalm cannot be responsible for any shipping fees for returns or exchanges, or lost/untraceable shipments; we recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.
Please note, any returns received that Do Not comply with our return policy will be shipped back.
